  2. Managing B2B and B2C customer relationship with the help of digital technology to collect customer’s information and behaviors in order to design activities that deliver great experiences to customers. The goal is to bring this up to Customer Experiential Management (CEM) to deliver positive experiences to individual customers with a purpose to keep old customers while capturing new clientele to enliven the brand from one generation to the next.


The Special Event 2021

  1. We provide information for consumers to raise their awareness on how to select materials that match their needs and how to choose the right furniture and the right design that truly reflects their desire. A product review video was made to educate customers to properly use the product and this is posted on our website, YouTube and Facebook.
  2. A special talk on “how to sit healthily while working;” and a workshop entitled “Erogonomic sit that takes you away from office syndrome”
