Modernform Receives 2025 Carbon Footprint
for Organization (CFO) Certification
Reaffirming Its Ongoing Commitment to Environmental Sustainability
Modernform Group Public Company Limited (MODERN), represented by Ms. Varunee Thonglongya, Assistant Director of Human Capital and Corporate Communications, was officially presented with the “Carbon Footprint for Organization” (CFO) certificate by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) on June 25, 2025. The award ceremony took place at the Conference Hall of the Thailand Institute of Justice on Chaeng Watthana Road and underscores MODERN’s firm commitment to sustainable business operations and climate action.
In alignment with international standards, Modernform developed its organizational carbon footprint in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018, using data from 2024 as the base year. The assessment covers direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1), indirect emissions from energy consumption (Scope 2), and other indirect emissions related to fuel and energy activities (Scope 3). This foundational data will guide the company’s strategic planning and implementation of systematic greenhouse gas reduction measures.
Modernform aims to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2030, with a long-term vision of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
The continued CFO certification this year not only reflects transparency in emissions management but also highlights Modernform’s strong support for Thailand’s national Net-Zero goals. It reinforces stakeholder confidence across all sectors collaborating toward a sustainable future.
