Modernform and Bang Chalong Subdistrict Administrative Organization Continue the “Baan Sukjai, Chum Chon Yim Dai” Project for the Second Year

Improving Safety and Living Conditions for the Elderly in the Community

Modernform Group Public Company Limited, or MODERN, continues its “Baan Sukjai, Chum Chon Yim Dai” (Happy Home, Smiling Community) project for the second consecutive year, in collaboration with Bang Chalong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province.
The initiative aims to renovate and improve the homes of elderly residents and underprivileged families whose houses have deteriorated and become unsafe to live in.

This year, Modernform provided a team of employee volunteers and skilled technicians from its production division, while the Bang Chalong Subdistrict Administrative Organization supported the project with building materials and equipment. Together, they worked to repair and reinforce the damaged wooden flooring, restoring safety and stability to the home.

The project is part of Modernform’s long-term sustainability commitment under the concept of “Community Engagement for Sustainable Living,” focusing on improving the quality of life for communities surrounding its production sites.

Mr. Chitpol Chuchaichatree, Assistant Director of Production, and Mrs. Warunee Thonglongya, Assistant Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications, represented Modernform in visiting and handing over the renovated site, alongside Mr. Supot Netwichian, Deputy Chief Executive of Bang Chalong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, and his team.

Mrs. Warunee Thonglongya shared, “We take pride in this project—not only for the resources provided but because it allows our employee volunteers, especially our skilled technicians, to apply their expertise to benefit the local community. By working hand in hand with the local administrative organization, we were able to deliver a safe and secure home to the elderly and underprivileged residents. This reflects Modernform’s vision to be a socially responsible organization that grows sustainably alongside the community.”

The “Baan Sukjai, Chum Chon Yim Dai” project aims to restore stability, safety, and dignity to the homes of the elderly, the underprivileged, and the ill—contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities and SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being.
