Modernform adheres to the principle of maximum resource efficiency to build “Operational Resilience.” We focus on reducing production loss and upcycling waste materials into new value according to Circular Economy principles. Our goal is to achieve a Waste Diversion Rate of at least 85% and ensure 100% legal compliance in waste management.

Operational Guidelines

The Company focuses on comprehensive waste management through three primary approaches:

Source Management and Awareness:

Correct Segregation: Defined clear segregation methods for each waste type (Wet, General, Recyclable, Hazardous) from the start of the production line.
Internal Audits: Conducted monthly internal audits of the waste management system by the evaluation committee.
Behavioral Campaigns: Implemented the “Just Separate, the World Smiles, We Survive” project to promote recycling and campaigned for the use of personal cups to reduce single-use plastics.

Elevating Waste Value:

Wood Scrap Upcycling Project: Utilized wood scraps from production to develop internal structural components for finished products, reducing new raw material procurement and tangibly decreasing production waste.

Legal Waste Management: Managed 100% of hazardous waste in accordance with legal standards and regulations.
