Modernform Group Plc, Thailand’s leading furniture brand who really understands lifestyles of all generations, callaborates with two world-renowned Thai artists, Khun Yoon and Kru Parn, to design “The Power of Positivity Series,” a special collection of furniture and lifestyle items that gracefully combines art and function to enliven cozy corners in your home or to gift your loved ones in this festive season.

Kittipat Nerngchamnong, Modernform Group Plc’s (MODERN) CEO and President said that Modernform had done several collaborations in the past to connect today’s lifestyles with new technology, designs and functions. “This time, we incorporate art as part of the living where functioning is side-by-side with beauty,” he said.

With this in mind, Modernform is collaborating with Yoon, Phannapast Techamethakul, the world-renowned Thai artist recognized for her oriental-flavored patterns; and Kru Parn, Somnuek Klangnok, an artist whose playful caricatures featured at various world-class exhibitions always make us feel joyful and alive, on a special collection entitled “The Power of Positivity Series.”  Defined as the juncture where art creativity and lifestyle meets, this collection presents furniture and lifestyle items that embody artistic work ideal for home decoration or to be given as a special gift for our loved ones during this year-end festivity.

Yoon, Phannapast Techamethakul said “This is the first time that I have incorporated natural patterns like eclectic hues of colors and species of flower into every day’s product such as the furniture,” she said.

Behind her design is the concept of Happiness Re-alive. The furniture enables us to re-build a personal corner and turn it into our personal recharging space. Staying indoor for so long may disconnect us from the nature. Inviting the nature to be closer to us helps injecting positive energy through relaxed and comfortable space ready to inspire new creativity.

Relaxing Set featuring the “Meadow Universe” pattern where different flowers co-exist in the same space the same way different people having different tastes sharing their diversity is prominent in the collection’s furniture designed to be moved around easily anywhere in your home. The set includes round-legged minimalist coffee table, which nicely matches with bean bag ergonomically designed while being relaxed on, together with bright dessert plates in four colorful hues to add happiness into daily life.

Kru Parn, Somnuek Klangnok said “This is my first time to see my own patterns being featured in the furniture. I truly believe that happiness can happen anywhere even when we are at home. These items will spice up your everyday favorite corner into something lively and fun,” he said.

Kru Parn’s inspiration of “The Fun that Revolves Around You” is communicated through a unique character called “Happy Girl with Friends,” which is exclusively featured in this collection. This is the drawing of a little girl whose wide eyes look at the world with curiosity and excitement. Polka dot patterns are added for the effect of fun. Light uncomplicated hues of color are chosen for easy matching wherever this delightful furniture is put in your home.
