Modernform held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2023

Modernform Group Company Limited or “MODERN” by Mr. Yothin Nerngchamnong, Chairman, Mr. Kitipat Nerngchamnong, CEO and President and Mr. Suchart Thammapitagkul, Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee along with the Board of Directors, hosted The Annual General Shareholders Meeting No. 1/2023 to report its annual business performance. The meeting resolved the approval of dividend payment for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2022 to the shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.06 per share will be paid on May 17, 2023.  The event was held on April 20, 2023 at Meeting Room 27^th Floor, Modernform Tower.
