Modernform held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2021

Modernform Group Public Company Limited or “MODERN” by Thaksa Busayapoka, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Kitipat Nerngchamnong, Chief Executive Director and President and Mr. Suchart Thammapitagkul, Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee along with the Board of Directors, hosted The Annual General Shareholders Meeting No. 1/2021  to report its annual business performance. The meeting resolved the approval of dividend payment for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2020 to the shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.20 per share.  As the interim dividend has been paid at the rate of Baht 0.05 per share on October, 2020, the balance value of Baht 0.15 fifteen satang per share will be paid on May 20, 2021.  The event was held on April 22, 2021 at Meeting Room 27^th Floor, Modernform Tower.
