Subject :Notification of resolution on dividend payment policy
         after change in accounting method.

Re:      S.E.T. Letter no. Bor Jor. (Vor) 9/2550 dd. March 14, 2007
 
Reference is made to item no. 3 of the above mentioned letter
related to the dividend payment policy after the change of
accounting from equity method to cost method of the investments
in subsidiaries.

The Board of Director of the Company no.2/2007 on Monday May 14,2007
has passed a resolution to adopt a dividend payment policy to pay
dividend not less than 60% of  the net profit of the consolidated
profit and loss statement of the Company after corporate income tax.
However, the actual dividend payment depends on cash flow,investment
plan and all other necessity and suitability in the future, and has
to subject to the Public Company Law related to the dividend payment
of the Company.
